IPF Magazine - 06/01/06
A short review (in Hebrew Click to view the article in Hebrew. 180kb) by Mrs. Lilach Gilead, Israel Philatelic Federation librarian, appeared in the June 2006 issue (No. 62) of the Israel Philatelic Federation Magazine. The article described the 'Bone and Stone' Compact Disc (ver. 2.0) entered in the international level literature competition at 'Jerusalem 2006'.

Albany - 09/27/09
The revised digital reference (ver. 4.1) was in the literature competition at 'Hudson-Fulton-Champlaign 400 2009', Albany, NY. The exhibit received a gold medal. Adding an integrated search function was a great suggestion by previous juries. Work continues on content and interactivity.

Chicago - 11/19/06
The latest revision of our digital reference (ver. 3.1) was in the literature competition at 'Chicagopex 2006', Chicago, IL. The exhibit received a vermeil medal, consistent with previous awards, indicating our foundation is solid. We'll now work toward further depth in content and function.
 
Large vermeil medal for Washington 2006 literature competition.

The newly revised digital reference (ver. 2.1) was in the literature competition at 'Washington 2006', Washington, D.C.. Under international evaluation criteria, the exhibit was most pleased to receive a large vermeil medal. Understatement of the week - we're ecstatic!

Jerusalem - 05/11/06
Our revised digital reference (ver. 2.0) was in the literature competition at 'Jerusalem 2006', Israel. Using international criteria, the exhibit received a large vermeil award. We're really happy!

Napex - 06/06/05
Our digital reference (ver. 1.6) was part of the competitive literature class at 'Napex 2005', Washington, D.C. and received a silver medal. We received some very helpful tips which is contributing to our improved 2nd edition. We incorporated most of the suggestions and the study has benefitted.

Colopex - 04/10/05
Our digital reference (ver. 1.5) was among entries in the competitive literature class at 'Colopex 2005', Columbus, OH and received a vermeil medal. We're really happy about this, but now it's back to work on an improved 2nd edition to try to maintain this level and perhaps grow into another.

Stampshow - 08/12/04
We entered our digital philatelic reference (ver. 1.0) in the competitive literature class at 'APS Stampshow 2004', Sacramento, CA and received a vermeil medal. Needless to say, this is not a trivial award and we're very proud. With continuing effort and a little luck, we'll receive another in future competition.

NTSS - 06/17/07
The single frame exhibit was entered in this year's 'NTSS 2007' (national level Click to view the Single Frame Criteria. 60kb), Irving, TX. This exhibition is the showcase for thematic exhibits in the U.S, featuring only thematics. It received a gold medal and we're very proud to say, the show's Single Frame Grand Award.

Aripex - 01/21/07
The single frame exhibit was entered in 'Aripex 2007' (national level Click to view the Single Frame Criteria. 60kb), Tucson, AZ. It received a gold medal and a wonderful and authentic Navaho sand painting made by Beverly and Raynard Begay. (Sand paintings are used to restore the delicate balance and harmony of the Universe.)

Sescal - 10/14/06
The 'Neandertal' single frame exhibit was entered in 'Sescal 2006' (national level Click to view the Single Frame Criteria. 60kb), Los Angeles, CA. It received a gold medal, the ATA One-Frame Merit award and the Reserve Grand award for the single frame class. Jury suggested changes will help to make it a better exhibit. Happiness is this state of mind.

AmeriStamp Expo - 04/09/06
A completely revised version of the single frame exhibit was entered at 'AmeriStamp Expo 2006' (national level Click to view the Single Frame Criteria. 60kb), Toronto, Canada. It received a gold medal and the ATA First Award for 'Best Thematic Single Frame'. Jury comments will provide direction for further modifications. It's an ongoing effort and an enjoyable challenge.
